My Saturday - Outfit and mini-haul

My week has been so crazy I got all turned around and forgot that yesterday was Friday! My Saturday has been very eventful though.

I went to work for a couple hours and after hit up the mall next door. Ardene's had a sale on accessories and I went a little flower clip crazy! I love flower clips. They turn a simple bun or ponytail into a little something special. Here's my new collection. One of every colour!



Then we hit up the gym and I put on my Vancouver uniform of Lululemon.

Lululemon Run: Inspire Crop II pants, they're made of compression material and have the best little pockets that fit my iPod perfectly
over top I have my Lululemon jacket that they don't make anymore, and I have no idea what it's called... oops. It's similar to the Define Jacket, but came before the thumbholes were in every single jacket. I think I got it when everything was still made in Canada, it's in rocking condition for being about 8 years old. I fit it much better now ;)
I have my puma Soliel shoes on, yeah not the best for the gym, but they'll have to do until I can get some good running shoes.

OOTD & FOTD

Today is beyond beautiful. It's sunny and warm and it's the 4th of Feb. I love living in Vancouver. :) Today we went out to Ikea to check out new desks for the hubby. Here's my outfit of the day (OOTD) and face of the day (FOTD) Enjoy!




I wore black leggings (Addition Elle), a purple sweater dress (Ricki's), with a black belt (Ricki's). Over top to keep me slightly warmer I wore a white sweater that's long in the front and short in the back (Ricki's).
I accessorized with a sparkley scarf (Forever 21), and a long necklace with some charms on it (Claires). I wore my favorite knit hat (H&M), and my regular old metal tunnels.





I did a purple eye with my Ben Nye Lumiere Pallet, lined with smoulder eye pencil fro MAC, and Maybelline Falsies Mascara. My face has my  normal Skin79 BB Cream, MUFE HD Powder, NARS Laguna bronzer. No lipstick today. I'm rocking Carmex on my lips. They're so dry lately.

OOTD/FOTD - Thursday June 23

I desperately need to do laundry, what does this mean? Dress time. Ha-ha. My class this day all commented on it. I love this dress, it's a little big, but I still love it.


I got it at Ricki's last year, I think it was $60 or $80. The shrug is separate and a must have since it's big in the shoulders/arms and you can totally see my bra w/o it. It's from Ricki's for about $25 I believe.

1. What do you order at Starbucks?
Either a Grande Pike with room, or a tripple grande non-fat vanilla latte if I'm feeling fancy.

2. What's one thing in your closet that you cannot live without?
My black 50 style dress. I don't have a picture, but it's my favorite thing.

Heading out for dinner downtown tonight, and this is what I'm wearing.



My leggings have studs up the legs.



Sadly the studs are falling off the right leg. As soon as I pulled them on they started to fall off :(



Also, I need to clean my full length mirror. Yuck! Sorry about that.

OOTD - June 1

A new addition to my blog will be my outfit of the day, I'm not the most fashionable person ever, but I thought I'd share.

Top from Old Navy - it was a gift, I don't know the price. Belt is from Ricki's, price unknown I've had it too long. Pants from Ricki's (ultimate pant, no zipper, no buttons, like yoga pants but not!) $39.99. Shoes are the same from the last post.

OOTD - Outfit Of The Day

Finally got my leggings in the mail, and I think they rock!! I've never owned leggings, mostly because I'm insecure about my legs. I've seen other girls my size wearing them and I think they look good, so I went for it. I'm very glad I did!
