Mirror-less Make Up Challenge
There's a tag going on around that challenges you to put your make up on without a mirror, so I thought I'd give it a go. Here's my attempt!

EOTD - Eye Of The Day
In honor of the JDRF Walk for a Cure on Sunday, I rocked a baby blue eye look. JDRF uses blue as a key colour in their logo, and I wanted to pay homage.

Sailor Moon Inspired Make Up
I'm taking inspiration from one of my favorite animes ever, Sailor Moon, and creating unique looks based on the characters. Starting with Usagi/Serena/Sailor Moon.
Enjoy!
It's a very fresh, clean, innocent look. Nothing over the top. A focus on big eyes!

Summer, Sunshine and Your Make Up
Now I'm not sure if you can truly call this weather "summer", but the calendar does say the days are long and the nights are short. Don't think that just because it's not 35 degrees out your beauty products are safe from being ruined from the heat.
Keep beauty products away from direct sunlight. There's someone in another suite in my apartment complex that likes to keep all their beauty things on the window ledge. Yeah it looks nice, but it's not good for your hair, face, and body products.
Avoid leaving them in the car. I don't know how many things my friends have lost to the heat that gathers in the glove box or ash trays of their cars.
Here's a couple tips on how to make your makeup and beauty products last their full lifetime, by avoiding certain climates.
1. Check the label. Does it say to keep you product between a certain temp?

e.l.f. Haul
I received my e.l.f. (eye lips face) package today, finally. I opened it up, and will be posting reviews and swatches soon! Enjoy!

I bought the products using ebates, and earned $6! Yup, on a $16.00 purchase. Wicked deal, I can't believe people are buying online without this!!

All opinions expressed in the above video are mine, and mine alone. I purchased all products with my own money. I am not affiliated with any company mentioned above.

Loose Button: Luxe Box
About a month ago I signed up with Loose Button, a company that sends out samples and full sized beauty products once a month to their subscribers. I looked it over, and read some positive feed back and thought, why not!
I signed up for 3 months, at $10 Canadian a month including free shipping. It looks like the price has increased since then, but still $12 a month isn't too bad. I spend more a month on coffee I forget about on my desk that goes cold and I never drink.
Luxe Box sends 3-5 samples once a month, giving consumers a simple and smart way to try products before they buy them.

Spring Trend/K-Pop Inspired FAIL-torial
I think I might be able to scrounge up 3 mins of video from this look. I tried to film it, but every time I looked up at my camera it was off.

Quo Make-up Remover Wipes Review
I'm always on the look out for a good make-up wipe. I just can't be bothered with liquid make-up removers I have to shake and put on a cotton pad, blah blah blah. I want to pull out a tissue, wipe my face and get on with my night.
So I headed out to my favorite drugstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, and picked up these bad boys.

Liquid Eyeliner Review/Comparison
I've been using the same liquid eyeliner for years, Almay Liquid Liner, and I decided it's time for a change! So I picked up two new liquid liners, in two different, yet similar, forms. Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen and Maybelline New York Line Stiletto.

FOTD - OCC Lips
I'm a sucker for peachy, coral lip colour! I wear it almost as much as a bright red!
At IMATS Vancouver this year I picked up a couple of hot items, one of those items was a couple of the OCC Lip Tars.
